Dr. Chinna Ayya Swamy P. obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, working with Prof. P. Thilagar. Later he worked as a postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Graham De Ruiter and Prof. Ehud Keinan at the Israel Institute of Technology. Later he worked as a Scientist-C CSIR-IITR, Lucknow. He later joined the Department of Chemistry at the National Institute of Technology Calicut as an assistant professor in 2020. His current research focuses on the design and synthesis of main-group organometallic scaffolds for applications in optoelectronics and catalysis.
